Alistair is a Profit Growth Specialist working with small to medium sized businesses that have the potential to be turned into market leaders often resulting in sales and profit gains of 45-60% in around 90 days depending upon the business. The goal being to help businesses either expand, sell, license or franchise the business at a huge profit within 3 years or less.

Alistair has worked with many different types of businesses over the last 38 years. His approach is to look at the key 5 profit drivers in a business and to help business owners then implement marketing & business systems which will ensure fast results.

Alistair is an independent operator closely aligned to Peter Sun and The Better Business Institute.

He is also a former Brian Tracy International Licensee.

Alistair has had many years of senior management experience having worked for Westpac Banking Corporation for 28 years holding various management positions in Australia, New Zealand and the Fiji Islands. Experience included Branch Management, Marketing, Sales, Sales Management, Strategic Selling, Transactional Banking, Project Management, Change Management and Senior Relationship Management.

In 2000 Alistair left Westpac and formed a small management consulting company Narlei Pty Ltd which for the last 6 years has been involved in Sales Training for an extended warranty program involving such companies as Myers, MegaMart, Office Works and The Good Guys.
